Brian Welch

As a postdoctoral scholar at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Brian investigates chemical pathways for extreme ultra-violet (EUV) resist films made by molecular layer deposition (MLD) and related processes such as vapor phase infiltration (VPI). He leads the StrataBase project with a vision of elevating MLD, resourcing researchers with information, and preparing the groundwork for meta-analysis with artificial intelligence.
